Terrible customer service. Honestly, it's hard to get any help when you need it, and it's impossible to reach an actual person.
You are just directed to their FAQs and a chatbot option. If you ask for a real person, they give you a contact form, and their answers are always useless auto-replies that just lead you back to the FAQs. You’ll never speak to a real person or get proper support - I’ve tried twice and got nowhere both times.
It's disappointing because some of the courses here are really good.
