    I like how the color coding shows which words might be improved. The option to practice a sentence multiple times is helpful for getting better results. I also value being able to change the speed of the speaking voice, which helps before moving to a more normal speed for listening.

    Terrible customer service. Honestly, it's hard to get any help when you need it, and it's impossible to reach an actual person. You are just directed to their FAQs and a chatbot option. If you ask for a real person, they give you a contact form, and their answers are always useless auto-replies that just lead you back to the FAQs. You’ll never speak to a real person or get proper support - I’ve tried twice and got nowhere both times. It's disappointing because some of the courses here are really good.

    Coach Kate has really helped our daughter find joy in learning again! She is full of energy, creative, and always keeps things positive. It’s amazing how she has figured out exactly what works to get our daughter excited about learning. Our daughter now wakes up looking forward to meeting with Kate every day.
