The books arrived as specified and on schedule, meeting my initial expectations. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup with the delivery, as the books ended up at the wrong address.

The books I purchased had English

The books I purchased had English titles, but upon arrival, they were in French, rendering them useless. The return process with WOB incurred expenses, and there was no reimbursement. Additionally, the refund for the books took an unreasonably long time. This experience has left me with no intention of utilizing WOB in the future.
