I got this second-hand book and hoped it'd be okay. You never know with descriptions. But when it arrived, I was shocked and very happy. The book's old but in great condition. I'm enjoying it a lot. Thanks!

by Ashley

The company gave me a good experience by delivering a rare book in excellent condition and very safely wrapped at a third of the normal market price. Will recommend them highly.

by Borrego

The book arrived on time and it was the right one, but there was some sticky stuff on it. This made me not want to touch it, and I haven't been able to use it.

by Kyle

I received my book with some damage. It's not too bad, but it's disappointing. I usually don't have problems like this. The packaging was poor; the book barely fit in the envelope. There are creases on the cover and the first 65 pages. The corners are bent too. It's still usable, but it'll affect the resale value.

BooksRun provides a generally positive
by Olsi

BooksRun provides a generally positive experience for selling used books. The website is user-friendly, offering a straightforward process for book evaluation and free shipping labels. The 5% bonus on book sales and prompt PayPal payments are notable advantages. However, tracking shipments with USPS can be challenging, often displaying items as undelivered. The insurance payment setup during checkout may impact profits, and occasional rejections of library books as counterfeit can be frustrating. BooksRun maintains strict standards for book conditions, leading to occasional rejections for books labeled as good or acceptable. Despite these challenges, the service is reliable, user-friendly, and competitively priced among buyback companies, making it a preferred choice for repeat usage.

Booksrun faces challenges with accreditation
by S S

Booksrun faces challenges with accreditation from the Better Business Bureau due to numerous complaints, suggesting potential issues in their book-selling practices. Allegations of falsely labeling books as counterfeit and withholding payment have generated widespread discontent. The company's online transactions raise concerns about potential federal offenses related to theft across state lines. The pattern of complaints and the BBB's decision to revoke accreditation highlight a troubling trend in Booksrun's business practices, casting doubt on their reliability and integrity.
