Caution to sellers... My experience
by Anonymous

Caution to sellers... My experience with this company has led me to file a case with the BBB due to non-payment for textbooks I sold and shipped. It's worth noting that payment is withheld until two months after the consumer receives the order, and even then, it takes another approximately two weeks to process.

The book came in good shape,
by Anonymous

The book came in good shape, but it took longer to get here than I thought. I ended up missing out on studying for 2 days because of it, which was a hassle. But I made up for lost time by squeezing in extra study sessions.

Concerns linger regarding the company's
by De

Concerns linger regarding the company's service. After two weeks post-order confirmation, the awaited product remains elusive. The delayed delivery raises questions about the efficiency of their logistics and communication. Transparency and timeliness need improvement to instill confidence in customers.
