B&N have been so lazi. Their collection is just wow! I love their hardcovers, I'm like in love with them. Since the pandemic, I go almost every month. Every penny spent is worth it!

Barnes & nobles was a gud place for me to restart in my reading but to wait on delivery is terrible I ordered it on Monday took about a week and a half to get a book never do that again

Love this spot!

Love this spot! They've got nearly every book you could want! Prices are a bit high, but books are in great shape. Always new releases and mags. Also, learning books for kids. Something for everyone! If you think you can't find a book, try here - you'll probably find it.

My experience with Barnes & Noble was lbad. Purchasing an e-book, I anticipated a straightforward process, yet encountered frustrating issues. The online chat was a time-consuming joke, with prolonged waits and no resolution. Telephone service was equally disappointing, plagued by extended hold times, poor connections, and language barriers. The necessity of proprietary software was unclear. While I eventually secured a refund after hours of unproductive attempts, the overall customer service was abysmal. Unfortunately, this ordeal ensures I won't be returning to Barnes & Noble.

Received a Christmas record duplicate, attempted exchange with receipt and unopened item, but they refused. Poor customer service; won't shop here again.
