The left-hand nav is intuitive once you poke around, and marketplace extensions saved me a clunky integration. I loved that user invites and roles lived in one place. There is a learning curve, sure, but the guided setup nudges help. Billing was transparent and we tested on monthly first. Big lift for our small team without huge cost.
