    I had a bit of a rollercoaster with this URL shortener. One day, I tried to log in, and bam, my account just vanished into thin air. All my links, gone. I sent them an email, thinking it was a glitch or something, but it's been over a month, and still no reply. So, I had to make a whole new account to keep things going, which was a bit frustrating. The tool itself works great, no complaints there, but if you ever need help, good luck with that. Their support seems to be on a permanent vacation. So, if you don't hit any roadblocks, it's fantastic. But if you do, it's a lonely ride.

    I got this module and gotta say, it works just fine and got to my doorstep when they said it would. But here’s the thing: the packaging was kinda overkill. Like, they put this already sturdy box into a way bigger one and filled it with a bunch of plastic stuff. Felt like a waste, you know? Honestly, sticking a shipping label on the original box would’ve done the trick. It’s not a huge deal, but thinking about the environment and all, it would be cool if they kept it simple next time. Overall, happy with the product, just a bit puzzled by the packaging choice.
