    I was super excited to use my 15% off code for my order. I hunted around the website, thinking I'd find a spot to put it in, but nada. I figured maybe on the next page, I'd get my chance. Nope. The order went through without letting me use the code. Kinda bummed about it, feels like a trick.

    I ordered groceries online and had such a frustrating experience. I emailed customer service about an issue and didn't get any response, even after sending another email. Tried calling them, but nobody picks up. Left two voice mails, still nothing. The worst part was the groceries they sent me. Nearly everything was close to expiring. It's so disappointing when you expect fresh items and get stuff that's almost gone bad. I won't be ordering groceries from here again. If you care about getting good quality and timely help, look somewhere else. This was just unacceptable.
