    I was gentle and stayed on the weekly plan with the stamping device and serum. The packaging felt safe and clean, and the instructions were clear for a beginner.     The company suffered long delays with restocking. After being silent about it for a while, they sent an update email through offering a free bag of gut health to make up for the delay. To claim, I just had to reply and accept the offer, which I did. I then get another email that says "Ooops, your order has already been delivered, that offer isn't for you" but my order hadn't been delivered. It wouldn't even be shipped by them for another week. I received my order and there was no free gift. I emailed them about it and they just lied and flip-flopped and offered me a useless discount code instead. Basically, in short, their customer service is really poor and uncoordinated and they treat their customers like idiots. It seems like a business that has very little control behind the scenes. I wouldn't recommend them.
