The wig unused, in the original packaging, and requested a refund to the original payment method. Chiquel’s customer service refused, offering only store credit and virtual consultations we did not request. Despite multiple communications, our concerns were ignored, and responses appeared scripted rather than personalized. While their policy clearly states that discounted items are final sale, the handling of our case felt dismissive and unresponsive. Potential buyers should be aware: discounted items cannot be refunded, and customer service may not address legitimate concerns personally. Good luck!
