I feel that I have been deceived. I fear the bag is NOT premium genuine leather as stated and the lining is a very cheap plastic not the micro-suede as stated. Nothing to tell what to do, should there be a problem, down the road. No lifetime warranty. Be careful. I am very disappointed. 🙁

I got my Briggs and Riley case on time, but it was the wrong colour. The reason for my 5 star review is because of how well the company handled the situation. They really understood how important the timing was (it was a gift) and the customer service rep (Simiran) took care of it quickly and with understanding. Mistakes happen in any business, but what matters is how they fix them. That’s what makes a company stand out from others.
