    Levering op bestelde dag niet gelukt ondanks melding binnen 15 min voor de deur. Daarna ook niet op afspraak. Pakket grotendeels ontdooit en flink beschadigd voor de deur gezet. Inhoud niet langer betrouwbaar te consumeren.

    I rented and paid for a vehicle through VIPCars. The day I went to pickup my rental at the airport, I was told that I had to have a plane ticket in hand if I was going to use a debit card. I don't use credit cards for personal reasons. I wasn't flying so I didn't have a plane ticket. I wasn't able to get my rental that I already paid for. More than that, I was told by VIPCars that could not get a refund - they took over $800 from me! This condition or requirement to have a plane ticket in hand if using a debit card was not disclosed to me either when I made the reservation or in the subsequent documents and emails that were sent to me. I regret not having taken the time to read the reviews on VIPCars because clearly there are issues with this company. Please do not do business with this company.
