I had some fragile pieces and family antiques I was really worried about moving. When the team showed up, they got straight to work and explained the whole process, which made me feel more at ease. They took their time wrapping each item, making sure everything was secure. The whole time, the driver was great at keeping me updated on where we were and how things were going. It was a huge relief knowing my stuff was in good hands and that they really cared about getting everything to the new place safely. It turned a stressful situation into something I could actually relax about.

You won't believe what a smooth experience I had with this moving company. They showed up early, which was a pleasant surprise, and they brought everything they needed. Each room was packed with such attention to detail, and they were extra careful with the fragile stuff, checking twice to make sure everything was safe. Throughout the day, they kept me in the loop about what was going on, which really put my mind at ease. Not a single item was broken or lost, can you imagine? And the delivery was right on time, just as planned. Honestly, it felt like I was dealing with true pros.

I had this wild ride with my truck's ECM while I was out of state in Atlanta, GA. My poor truck wouldn't start, so I had it towed to a shop in Chamblee, GA. They figured out it was the ECM, so I tried Car Computer Exchange for the first time. At first, everything seemed cool until the truck wouldn’t start again. Living in South Carolina, I sent the ECM back with clear instructions to return it to my address. Somehow, they sent it back to Atlanta! I talked to customer service and explained the address was right there on the package. They said they followed the computer address instead. The package ended up at the shop in Chamblee, but they claimed they never got it, even though it was tracked via FedEx. The manager insisted they returned it to CCE, but CCE said they didn’t have it. Neither would take responsibility. It was a frustrating mess!
