    I engaged with these guys to ship my car knowing that they are a broker and brokers all work the same way: they post your vehicle to an online board and drivers bid on the pick up. So, you do need to realize that they quote you a low price to get you engaged and then there is a high likelihood that price will go up since the brokers have little control over what price the driver will do the work for. That said, when it didn't work our for me, they did promptly process a refund of my deposit without giving me a hard time. I thought that was very professional.

    Last week, I took on a gig with these folks and wrapped it up with a satisfied customer. They promised my pay would come through by Friday. Well, Tuesday rolls around, and still nothing. They keep sending messages about my job being "under review," but it's just a tactic to delay payment. I've already sent them a final notice, and I'm counting down the days to take it to court. It's frustrating. Whether you're seeking help or looking for work, steer clear of this service. We workers put in the effort, and getting paid shouldn't be this hard. This company just doesn’t respect that.

    This gig was a total disaster. My brother, another guy, and I busted our butts hauling these massive cement walls up ten flights of stairs. It’s been two weeks, and we haven't seen a dime. They were quick to text and call when they needed us, but now? It's like they vanished into thin air. We used to get a link for payout, but now they just decide if you get paid or not. It's so frustrating. I'm sitting here, wondering if all that hard work was for nothing. It's like they don't care about us at all. Never dealing with this nonsense again.
