I was a bit skeptical at first. After all, I had heard mixed reviews about the company and was worried that my experience would be less than satisfactory. But I decided to take a chance, and I am so glad that I did! The computer I received has now been used on two different engines, and it has worked flawlessly with both. My son even programmed it himself with the easy-to-follow instructions provided. And as if that wasn't enough, when I had a post-purchase check up, I had the pleasure of speaking with Amy who was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and made sure that everything was going well with my new computer. I truly hope she wins the company contest, she definitely deserves it!

This company is really bad.

This company is really bad. They just keep lying, and their customer service is so bad. I ordered something a month ago and still haven't gotten it. They won't even give me a refund. Look at the Better Business Bureau before you buy from them. There are hundreds of complaints against them. It's been a total nightmare for me. I should have checked the BBB instead of just looking at the paid reviews.

I was happy with him. Knowing Flagship has people like him, I'd order from them again without hesitating.
