We rolled the last box down the ramp, shut the door, and I watched the container pull away. By the time we got keys, it was already scheduled to arrive at the new driveway. That moment of not having to cram everything into one frantic day felt incredible. Delivery landed inside the window and nothing had shifted. I’d gladly trade a bit of DIY sweat for skipping the headaches of a truck rental.

The tech laid my worn brake pads on the driveway and showed exactly where they’d gone thin. That visual clicked immediately and I approved the work without worrying I was getting upsold. He torqued everything to spec, took a quick test drive, and cleaned up. Paid by card on his tablet and got the receipt in my inbox. One of the better car service experiences I’ve had without stepping into a shop.

My OEM part slipped into backorder after I paid. Emails were sparse and I had to chase for an ETA. I eventually switched to an aftermarket option they recommended and canceled the original. Return packaging rules are strict, so read them before you crack anything open. Once the new part arrived, it fit and worked fine. Mixed experience, but I’ll try again for non OEM buys.
