I placed an order for a set of forks through their website, but it's been a frustrating experience. I've been waiting for over 11 days, and there has been no sign of dispatch or any communication from them. To make matters worse, my order seems to be "manually locked," and my attempts to contact them via phone, email, or their ticket system have been largely unfruitful. I do have an open ticket, which they've acknowledged for the past week, but they haven't provided any information or updates on my order. It's disheartening not to receive even a simple "sorry for the delay."

Shipping went well.

Shipping went well. Received DEDA jet 1 clip-on bars, but unfortunately, they arrived without pad stickers. It seems like a Deda issue. I contacted Starbike, and they acknowledged the problem, but there was no resolution provided. I'll have to purchase Velcro tape myself. It's not a major issue, but it's a hassle considering the product's high cost.

My experience wit starbike was great. I was unsure what to expect, ordering from a supplier in Germany for shipment to the United States. The experience was grand. Good communication from starbike, and fast shipping. As you would expect, the shipping took some time to arrive, after clearing US Customs. Overall, very happy with the experience.
