I visited the dealership to find my son his first car. As soon as we parked, the staff was quick to approach us, just like at most dealerships. We found a nice car and paid over $13,000 in cash. Everything seemed fine until the 3-month service inspection, when the battery failed. They claimed we swapped the tires, but we hadn’t done anything. I reached out to the salesman, and he just emailed me asking to call him, instead of reaching out himself. It was easy to talk to him when they took my money, but now I’m paying for repairs on a car that supposedly passed all inspections. Be careful and bring a mechanic with you. Rami was helpful at first, but not when a problem came up. I won’t be buying from here again.
