I got a pack of rim guards for my 21-inch wheels. I asked the Teslaunch support team a couple questions first to be sure they would fit. They replied fast and gave me clear answers. The 4 protectors came around 10 days later, packed very well in a solid box. The rim guards look really solid. Putting them on was pritty simple. They have very sticky tape, so once you press them on, you can’t really take them off to adjust. For me, this was just what I was after. If you want to cover up old scuffs or keep your rims safe from getting messed up, and you want helpful service, Teslaunch is a good pick. Just check with support that the set works with your wheels before you buy.

Ordered four items recently. Got email updates saying shipment was coming from an international warehouse, not USA, so I contacted Support. They replied quickly and kept me informed about the shipping and progress through Customs. There were some small delays at Customs…not a problem for me. When the package arrived, all items were really good! I like Teslaunch for their product choice and fair prices, ordering was simple, and items are good quality. Everything I bought fits well, and I’m happy with each. Also, the Support Team help was very nice. Now thinking…what else should I get...? :-)

I live in the UK, and it’s always a bit nerve-racking when ordering from abroad, not knowing what to expect or whether returning a product will be easy if needed. I have to say, Joe and the team are fantastic, especially when it comes to their after-sales customer service. It’s becoming rare to be treated like a person, with so many companies relying on AI chatbots nowadays. I faced some issues with the product (none of it was Teslaunch’s fault), and they quickly fixed everything for me. I’m very happy and would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a small item for Christmas, but it took longer to arrive than I had hoped (I thought I had enough time). After six weeks, I asked about returning it, and they told me I'd have to pay for the return shipping, which would cost more than the item itself (since there was nothing wrong with it). However, they did offer me a 50% refund, and I could still keep the item. I thought this was a fair and reasonable response, and good customer service! Not sure if the shipping delay is common, but it’s worth noting and ordering early!

The product description was accurate and as I expected. The anti-theft console was easy to install, and I really like the biometric fingerprint feature. The brake caliper covers give the Cyberbeast the perfect look, showing off the performance lines. The American flag stickers went on quickly. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought, but it was still worth the wait!

The seat covers fit just right, you wouldn’t know they aren’t the original seats. The material feels good, strong and comfy. The only thing is they are a bit hard to put on. I couldn’t manage alone, but luckily my boyfriend helped me.

I ordered rear window shades for my Tesla Model S, but they didn’t completely cover the tiny rear windows. I requested a refund since the windows didn’t fit. Teslaunch got back to me asking for more details. I explained that the small rear window stayed uncovered and the fit wasn’t right—no reply from them for 5 days. Teslaunch contacted me again. After some discussion, they offered an 80% refund to skip the return process. I am satisifed with the result.

Putting it together was simple, and installing was straightforward if you kept in mind the window drop when the door swings open. One small issue, they don’t cover the tiny winglet windows near the dash. Honestly, it’s not a big deal, but it didn’t make a full blackout. Happy with my purchse.

This my Final

This is my overall review As I have had the wheel protectors over the weeks, they will still not latch onto my wheels. Yes, I do have the correct ones and yes, they are the proper fit for my specific tires. That is not the issue. The issue is that three out of the four are not latching and they come off little by little every day and I am having to push them in. They look wonderful and it is a great concept, but I believe I have a defective pair and would love to be sent replacements. I’m not one to write bad reviews if you have followed me, but there needs to be responsibility for products sold. It could be that I just received a bad apple. That does happen and I completely understand. If they can be replaced, I could retract and have a better review, but as of right now, this has not been a great experience as I waited over a month to receive them and this is the final result.They are not flexible at all and after being on the highway, l have had to check them due to coming unhinged. Disappointed as l waited so long to get them.

Buyer Beware

This business is a scam, ordered a yoke steering wheel that took 6 weeks to arrive, before I ordered it they told me it would fit my 2026 model y juniper so I did place the order. 6 weeks later product arrived and was for a 2020-2023 model y, when I contacted them they said it can't be returned because it was a custom order ( not true, was a basic black yoke) but offered me a 10% discount on the correct steering wheel and told me to sell there's on my own? Live and learn, but highly recommend to stay away from this seller..

Drop-shipping, customs fees, poor product quality, no return

Bought a floor mat from Teslaunch expecting local delivery — it came from China after weeks of waiting, plus unexpected customs fees. The product arrived deformed with deep creases and was unusable. Followed their repair suggestions without success. They refused to cover return costs for a defective item. Misleading return policy, poor packaging, and no accountability. Would not recommend.

Damaged goods received

Waited 3 weeks for rim protectors. They came completely famed and useless. I shall be going through my credit card company to retrieve my money if nessesary
