The order has seemingly gone from China to Nebraska to California and is now just stuck there for days. No response on their listed WhatsApp channel and they did reach out offering a discount to remove my other negative trust pilot trview when the order was only a couple weeks late. Hard pass - steer clear of these guys if you don't want a complete hassle.

I had a really good experience with this company! I first ordered a screenprotector for the Model 3 Highland, and it arrived super fast at a fair price. When I got the package, I wanted to change my order from the Tesla Model 3 to a Tesla Model Y. I emailed the company asking about a refund, and they replied quickly explaining that returning it would cost me extra shipping and I’d lose my original shipping fee (they said if it was their mistake they would cover it, but since it was mine, I’d have to pay). Instead, they offered 60% of the product price back and told me to just keep the item and sell it myself, even though they didn’t have to do that. It was really kind and fair, something not many shops do today. They definetly earned a customer for life!

Putting it together was simple, and installing was straightforward if you kept in mind the window drop when the door swings open. One small issue, they don’t cover the tiny winglet windows near the dash. Honestly, it’s not a big deal, but it didn’t make a full blackout. Happy with my purchse.

Teslaunch got back to me asking for more details. I explained that the small rear window stayed uncovered and the fit wasn’t right—no reply from them for 5 days. Teslaunch contacted me again. After some discussion, they offered an 80% refund to skip the return process. I am satisifed with the result.

Bought a floor mat from Teslaunch expecting local delivery — it came from China after weeks of waiting, plus unexpected customs fees. The product arrived deformed with deep creases and was unusable. Followed their repair suggestions without success. They refused to cover return costs for a defective item. Misleading return policy, poor packaging, and no accountability. Would not recommend.

I got a pack of rim guards for my 21-inch wheels. I asked the Teslaunch support team a couple questions first to be sure they would fit. They replied fast and gave me clear answers. The 4 protectors came around 10 days later, packed very well in a solid box. The rim guards look really solid. Putting them on was pritty simple. They have very sticky tape, so once you press them on, you can’t really take them off to adjust. For me, this was just what I was after. If you want to cover up old scuffs or keep your rims safe from getting messed up, and you want helpful service, Teslaunch is a good pick. Just check with support that the set works with your wheels before you buy.

One time somthing went wrong with what I got, but they replied quick and fixed it right away. You can get stuff cheap in many places, but not many really support what they sell like this.
