Frontier AirlinesSo, I found myself in a bit of a mess recently with a flight. Had this voucher from a previous flight change, but when I tried to check in online, it just wouldn’t work. I ended up rushing to the Tampa airport, which, by the way, I’d never been to before, and I missed the check-in cutoff by just a minute. They gave me a number to call for credit, but that got denied pretty quick. Felt like they just took my money. They offered another flight for an extra $300, but it wasn’t even direct. Had other plans, so that was a no-go. Ended up booking with Alaska for the next day instead. Also, dealing with a service dog made it all the more stressful. Lesson learned, I’m sticking with airlines that actually help.

Delta.comLast summer, I hopped on a couple of Delta flights, heading straight to Costa Rica and then Mexico City. Flying with Delta's been mostly smooth, pretty reliable with their timing, which is a big deal for me. I noticed they give this sweet deal—15% off when you book with mileage and an Amex card. Those savings really do stack up over time. It's like a little bonus every time you fly. The crew? They've always been pretty friendly and helpful. I mean, the overall experience with Delta feels just right for my travels. If they keep this up, I’ll definitely stick around for more adventures.

Delta.comBooked an international ticket for my 85-year-old mom. I carefully picked a flight so she wouldn't have a long layover. Then, two weeks later, I got an email saying her flight was changed, and now she'd have to wait 8 hours. I called customer service, hoping they'd understand my concern, but instead, I got sarcasm and rudeness. It was really frustrating. I decided to cancel the flight. It's disappointing because I was polite and respectful, but they just didn’t care. I’d rather not deal with them again. It was a really unpleasant experience, especially when all I wanted was a comfortable journey for my mom.
