I decided to try out a new company for the first time, and it turned out to be quite an experience. I picked out my items, went through the checkout process, and completed my payment. But then, things took a strange turn. Instead of confirming my address, they thanked me for my order and sent the confirmation to someone else in Edinburgh, while I'm actually in Glasgow! It was odd because at no point was I asked for my name or address—just my email. It was a bit of a mix-up, and now I'm left wondering how they'll sort this out. Definitely not what I expected for a first-time order!
