I placed my order for a *** on 6th January 2026. It is now 23rd January. The item was not delivered on the delivery date, and no update was provided.
The company's phone line is set permanently to "We are closed" despite numerous calls during their advertised opening hours, over a period of several days.
I have so far attempted to contact them 5 times via their **** email address, and I've yet to receive an answer to my concern.
I am now in the process of seeking to recover the £500 via my credit card company.
