I placed an order in October 2024 for Christmas. By January, I was told the shipment had been delivered, but it never reached me. I have no idea who received it, and they couldn't provide any details about where it went. After many emails and talks, they agreed to reship my order, but once again, it got lost. Now, they are only offering me a 50% refund, claiming it's not their fault and denying a full refund. How can a company get away with this? Please avoid using this shipping company.
