I visited Silk Threads in a rush after a last-minute addition to my brother's wedding weekend. The staff were quick to assist and offered a large selection of options. I liked how the associate asked about my preferences in fabrics and styles, then took my measurements before suggesting items. I picked two outfits, though I only bought one because the alteration time was too long.
I noticed a few stains on the outfit and the staff tried to clean them before steaming and putting it in my car. However, when I arrived at the venue, I saw even more stains on the outfit, including pen marks, dirt, and food debris. Since I was in a different city, I couldn't return it, which was disappointing considering the price of over 450$.
The lady who helped me at the venue suggested my outfit might have been previously used in a show or bought by someone else and resold, which was pretty upsetting.
Overall, the selection is good, but with prices starting at 350$, I would advise being careful when purchasing here.
