The brami tops fit so well, and I’m actually wearing the black, long-sleeve, open back dress right now. I decided to ask for a refund on 4 of the items, and they offered me an exchange instead. (It was easy to just send a quick message via WhatsApp to start the exchange.) I willingly paid the shipping fee for the exchange and will wait for my new items to come. I believe the quality of the new pieces will be just as good as the ones I’m keeping. Just a note for petite ladies like me (I’m 5’0, 101lbs), I noticed that some items were a bit too big for my size (even the XS), which is why I chose to return/exchange them. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the quality and cost of the clothes. They are classic, stylish, and timele pieces that feel great to wear.

It took me forever to get the basic instructions in the return, for which I have to pay myself. They never tell yiu that they will ignore and evade your questions for days. It is really ,and I mean, REALLY hard to get any information on the shipping status, ans returns. Very unreliable, cannot wait to get my refund and block them everywhere I can.
