I saw all the amazing reviews and decided to give the DA 87i a shot. Shipping was faster than lightning! I plugged it in next to my Neumann and recorded a vocal track with both mics. The DA had a bit lower output, but I adjusted that easily. Did some A/B testing and honestly couldn’t tell them apart. Ended up packing the Neumann back up and returned it, super relieved I didn't damage it. Safe to say, I'm totally sold on Dachman now.

The microphone quality, packaging, and overall performance are very good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is because it took a little over a month for me to get the product.
