    Cold start on a new account and I borked my SSL. The ticket reply came a few hours later, not instant, but the steps were solid and fixed it quickly once I followed them. They also offered to flip me to their auto SSL which helped. Performance on my small site is decent and I haven’t seen any weird throttling. For the price point, I’m okay with ticket pace that’s measured, just wish it were a tad faster.
