I’ve been using your service for 2 weeks now, and I have 2 accounts. There’s still 15 feet of fiber cable lying on the ground from the installation. The technician said “the contractors will be out soon to bury it.” Well, that hasn’t happened. I called customer service and explained the issue. They supposedly created a ticket and said someone would be out in two days. That never happened either. We had a 24-hour outage, and now I just got another notice saying we’ll have another outage for 24 hours.
My other account had service for a few days, then the technician came back, swapped out some equipment, and it hasn’t worked since.
C’mon, get it together.
