    I recently relocated to a new city called 4th utility and spoke with Mr Alexander, a really kind and polite guy. He sorted everything out for me. I was lucky because the area I was moving to has a partner company, City Fibre, doing the work. Yesterday, the City Fibre installation crew arrived on time and did a very good job. They were neat, organized, and very friendly. They checked everything before starting and explained the process to me. Mr Craig and his team were very helpful and nice. Thank you very much for all your support and assistance. Five stars for the service.

    Had some trouble getting the connection working right

    Had some trouble getting the connection working right, mostly cos the signal upstairs was weak. Rang up 4th Utility and Kane picked up—he knew his stuff and took his time helping me. He showed me what to ajust and now the router is way better. I’m ok with small hiccups when the support is easy to reach and helpful like it was this time.

    Callum answered every question I had.

    Callum answered every question I had. The switch got sorted out during the call in around five minutes. It really was simple. I’m hoping this good experience shows the kind of service I’ll get from 4th Utility.

    My first experience was quite good and everything seemed

    My first experience was quite good and everything seemed fine until the first engineer showed up and said he wasn't qualified to handle the problems we had. He mentioned a specialist team would be needed. After several days of trying to get a new installation date, I was informed that we would have to wait a few more days for the specialist to arrive, with no clear timeline for when the installation could actually happen. With no internet at home, I tried another provider, but they also failed for different reasons. So, I decided to go back to 4th utility. Although a specialist team was not sent, the excellent team managed to find a solution, called in a specialist who came shortly after, and they had us connected within hours. Our situation was tough, and without the fantastic work done by Mark and his team, we would have been without broadband for weeks or even months.

    I cancelled before the cooling off period

    I cancelled before the cooling off period, but they never sent me a return label for the router. No one responds to my emails, so I'm happy I didn't go ahead with them.
