Extremely POOR customer service, slow and internet outage
I stumbled upon this site and saw that 4th Utility had ZERO bad reviews! I find that really strange - other review sites don't paint such a positive picture of this cowboy outfit. In a nutshell, there is no way to contact 4th Utility if you have an issue. You can call them, wait 30-40 mins on hold till they pickup. Tech support won't help fix the issue, or get back to you if the issue persists. I have been calling 1-2 times a week for over 9 weeks now. Broadband is slow, 200kb to maybe 500mb. All my devices lose connection every 5-10 minutes. Impossible to get any work done at home. My issue was raised to 'level 2' support about 10 days ago and nothing has happened. I wrote an official complaint 9 days a go, nothing happened. I rang today and was told a manager would call me straight back. Nothing happened. When you cancel, they tell you you owe them over £500 for early termination - despite them breaking their own contract to provide support and a decent internet connection. AVOID them!
