    When I was setting up utilities in San Diego, I somehow got rerouted to this company, thinking they were handling my utility account. They asked for my personal info and tried pushing an internet plan on me, all while making it seem like they were part of the utility setup process. Turns out, they weren’t connected to my utilities at all. It felt really sneaky and misleading. To top it off, the person on the call just left me hanging without saying anything. It’s frustrating that they partner with utility companies to seem legit and pressure you into their services. What a time-waster! I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

It felt like he was more interested in belittling me than actually addressing the issues. And the cost? Way too much for what you actually get. I got the feeling that they’re more about appearances than actually delivering a solid service. If you're thinking about using GOODLEAF, be ready for some frustration and a lot of letdowns.
