So, I was on the hunt for a new internet provider and stumbled upon Connecten through a video. Their website seemed promising, so I decided to check them out. I had a few questions, so I used their chat feature. The rep asked for my personal info, which I didn’t want to share just yet. They directed me to Tyler, the Marketing Manager, and provided a phone number. The next day, while I was working, Tyler called me, speaking quite loudly. I reminded him that I preferred not to be contacted by phone, but he dismissively said, “Well, you got called anyway.” As I tried to express my interest, he kept interrupting, pushing for a signup. Frustrated, I told him I wasn’t interested anymore. His parting words were a sarcastic “Well, good LUCK, trying…” and I hung up. Rude behavior is a deal-breaker for me.

Just got back and needed to get things sorted, so I hit up the chat feature. Angel was on it in no time, responding super quickly. It was like having a tech wizard at my fingertips. They managed to rescan everything effortlessly, and soon enough, my internet was flying with awesome download and upload speeds. It’s not often you find service like that these days, where things get fixed without a hitch. I didn’t have to wait forever, it was all taken care of in a snap. Kudos to Angel for making tech support feel easy and seamless. Feeling grateful for such a smooth experience!

I've been dealing with Mediacom for quite some time now, and it's been a rollercoaster. Every time the weather gets a bit cloudy, my internet decides to take a vacation. I've always paid for their 5G service, thinking I was getting top-notch speed. But today, my Roku TV threw me a curveball. It popped up a message saying, "This device won’t work on 4G internet." Wait, what? I've been paying for 5G, but getting 4G? That feels like a serious rip-off. I'm beyond frustrated and thinking it's time to take this up with the Better Business Bureau and other authorities. This kind of misleading service just isn’t right.
