Working with e-commerce platforms, I was attracted by the pricing of this company. I got a dedicated server, and everything seemed fine at first. Then, one day out of nowhere, the server went down, and all my services stopped. I tried to reach support, but got no answer. I kept trying, still nothing. Finally, after three days, they responded, but the server was still down. I couldn’t keep waiting for my clients’ sites to be restored, so I switched to another server. The next day, the original server came back up, but it had already been 4 days without help or service.

Since moving to Gigapros i have had nothing but peace of mind. They seem to appreciate how much our success depends on them delivering the goods. When I contact support the reaction time is awesome and the way these people are willing to work with/for you is amazing. Nick from the live support area was absolutely fantastic i cant praise him enuogh. I asked question after question for almost an hour and Gigapros answered all of them and in plain english as i am very new to website, domains and hosting etc.

I’ve used Gigapros web hosting for more than five months for my clients’ websites. When i get all the things cleared, Gigapros support replied to all my questions, i have decided to order vps account. After i purchased an account they then set it up the account immediately.. but the good thing there is they are going to transfer my sites to my ssd vps hosting account as much a possible.. then after a few hours all my site are setup all necessary actions needed for my sites have been done.

I've always had prompt and helpful service from Gigapros in my personal projects, so I recommended them to my company when we started building a new site. This is my 1st domain and I had to seek tech help 3 times via phone and chat. Gigapros was able to correct my mistakes and walk me through the process and explain so easily that I will be able to do it myself in the future. I paid only $140 for a year of hosting, and they taught me something new! For anybody who is contemplating using these guys all i can say is if the rest of them are anything like Nick dont hesitate, join up right away because i am convinced.

The bottom line is I could not have done it without the incredible customer service of Gigapros. It is as good – oh let’s be honest – it is the best I have ever experienced. It did not matter if it was 3 am or 3 pm – and usually it was 3 am – but staff members like Alex and Nick and all the rest were there to walk you through every step and answer every question. And all the time giving you the feeling they had all the time in the world.

The chat help is fantastic and I have been very impressed with how quickly they have responded & helped. They could not have been more helpful. I was lucky when I found them. Gigapros is the best web host, because they helped me a lot with migration my stuff to them, they helped me a lot and made setup for me. Fast servers, polite support, good prices. I have no plans to change my hosting provider in near future.

Recommended. Gigapros customer support is wonderful. They respond promptly to emails or you can use the Live Chat. I had a problem at 10 PM one night and got help without waiting at all. AND the problem wasn’t even with Gigapros, it turned out to be the port server from my ISP. This is one of the best hosting services for OpenCart. I use Gigapros for my tablet web site and run OpenCart on it.
