    I had a frustrating experience with DataCamp's SQL exam. Twice, I failed on the same sub-requirement, despite being confident in my code. Reaching out to support, I expected guidance but was met with a solution that didn't even address my problem. It felt like they handed me broken code to fix their broken grader. When I highlighted this, they escalated it to their content team, and now I'm stuck waiting another 10 days for a resolution. I'm a paying customer with one exam attempt left, and my certification and job search are on hold because of this. It's disappointing to see a platform I trusted fail to take accountability for their mistakes and fix issues they should have caught before charging for the exam.
