Their business is highly questionable. The process up to the movers pickup your stuff is as expected but everything that happens thereafter is the worst I've experienced with my various moves over the years. Typically, if there are any issues or damages after the move is complete, the process to get a refund is handled within a couple of weeks. However, I have been stuck in their process for over a month and the only way I get any communication is if I call them. There is no direct line to their claims department. Additionally, I just found out that they have a number of negative reviews on the BBB website and are not listed as a member.
I moved from Hawaii to Idaho, the move itself (pickup of household goods) was seamless. However, upon delivery of my items I noticed several high dollar value items missing such as a drill/driver set, a Bose soundbar (still unopened), and the shelves for my redwood bookshelf. Additionally, I just noticed that my reclining couch was assembled haphazardly as the wires were all tangled and wrapped around the metal frame/joints. Lastly, there were items that they shipped that were not supposed to be shipped and they like everything post delivery they have not provided any solution to yet.
As far as I can see, this company is full of scammers with a business license.
