    When the truck pulled up, I had my photos taken and my empty trunk ready. The driver walked around the car, we signed, and it was off. A quick text mid route kept me in the loop. Delivery landed right outside my new place. Stress dropped instantly.

    Searched by year and model, added a couple clips and a filter, then checked out. The order shipped a day later than I hoped, but tracking updated reliably. Parts landed in good shape and fit as listed. I asked support about a torque spec link and got a helpful reply. Returns looked straightforward, though I didn’t need them. Docking one star for that dispatch lag.

    Hawaii Moving Pros

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. HAWAII MOVE PROS IS THE MOST UNPROFESIONAL DECEITFUL MOVING COMPANY EVER. I am a 30-year military veteran and have moved 14 times with government contact and privately. Hawaii Moving Pros’ line is local Kapolei company, but the packers, shipping and delivery were all subcontracted to different companies. Once I paid them money all customer assistance calls went to a company in California. The packers gave a 5-hour show window, then called 10 minutes before the end of the window that they were still busy with another job and will come first thing the next morning. So, I took another vacation day from work, guess what, no show again, calls me at noon and said can’t make it again! Finally show that afternoon in an Enterprise rent a truck. Pack 90% of my stuff and said can’t pack the rest until I pay another $1200.00. Price started at $4200 and ended up at $7200. Had to pay on the spot or they threaten to leave. Then after they left, I went outside and they left a big TV all wrapped and tagged. The “forgot” it and I had to wait around for them to come back the next morning to pick it up. Upon delivery they hit us up for a $400 shuttle fee because their 75ft tractor trailer would not fit in my condo complex. From the VERY BEGINNING of this contract I made it clear it was a gated community, and my condo was on the 3rd floor. They said no problem. So, this sub-contractor drives a giant truck around that does not fit in many place and up charges everyone for “shuttle fees”. They also THEN tried to charge extra because they had to walk up to the Third Floor! My son had to do most of the carrying to avoid the EXTRA STAIRS CHARGE
