    Laatst ging ik weer eens onderdelen bestellen bij Autodoc, zoals ik al jaren doe. Meestal gaat alles vlekkeloos, maar deze keer kreeg ik helaas 2 verkeerde bougies binnen. Best irritant, want ik wilde ze snel vervangen. Na wat gedoe met die automatische chatbot, kreeg ik eindelijk een medewerker te pakken. Die heeft het super snel opgelost en de juiste bougies waren binnen no-time binnen. Toch zou het fijn zijn als je gewoon direct iemand kunt bellen, dat werkt vaak sneller. Ondanks deze kleine hick-up blijf ik wel trouw aan Autodoc. Over het algemeen zijn ze betrouwbaar en dit soort dingen gebeuren nu eenmaal. Volgende keer hopelijk weer probleemloos!

    ZERO STARS. I was quoted and had agreed on enclosed transport with multiple verbal assurances for a next day pick-up. The next day the price tripled to $3600 for enclosed transport and pick up was in 5-6 business days. Only open transport was available for this day at higher than the original closed transport price and with 1/4th of the promised insurance coverage. I agreed to avoid losing part of my deposit and with **** guarantying same day pick up (she assured multiple times of this). No driver showed up, a call from a manager as requested was not received. To add insult and calling to question the security of the company's communication/dispatch system, a random tow truck was sent to pick up my vehicle with hopes of stealing it.

    Zamówiłem używaną część do auta i była zgodna z opisem oraz zdjęciami. Przesyłka dotarła szybciej, niż się spodziewałem, co było miłym zaskoczeniem. Warto jednak dokładnie sprawdzić numer części przed zakupem.
