I had been a loyal customer for quite a few years. I bought the "Balance" probiotics for my dog. At first, he didn't enjoy the taste, but soon enough, he was eating them with no issue.
After some time (2-3 years), I decided to set up a subscription for the product, and that's when the problems started.
I was initially charged and received 1 unit per month (each bottle has a 2-month supply).
After building up a year's worth of stock, and making several attempts to change the shipping schedule, Petjoy only stopped sending the product.
However, Petjoy did NOT stop charging me. Through PayPal, I was able to get 2 out of 3 of the incorrect charges refunded. I really don’t think I’ll ever get back the last payment.
There are a few other problems with Petjoy regarding the website, but the total lack of customer service is what really pushed me away.
After all these years, I will never order from them again.
