This company's handling of the Ag sales
by karl hylle

This company's handling of the Ag sales tax exemption process is nothing short of a chaotic circus. Their insistence on a physical signature, unlike more convenient digital options offered by competitors like Fleet Farm and Tractor Supply, is a glaring inconvenience. To add insult to injury, they slyly switched my selected free UPS Ground shipping to Overnight Air without prior notice, slamming me with unexpected charges. Attempts to rectify the situation were met with unyielding resistance. Considering this disastrous experience, I won't entertain the idea of patronizing them again, no matter the circumstance. I'd rather endure considerable inconvenience elsewhere than subject myself to their incompetence. Zero stars would be generous.

Delighted with Valley Vet Supply's service
by Toodles B

Delighted with Valley Vet Supply's service, but disappointed in the product I received. The fly collars I ordered unexpectedly tore in half within just four days of use. Despite the product hiccup, the prompt and efficient service from Valley Vet Supply is commendable. They promptly addressed my concerns, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Impressed with the affordable
by Jennifer Green

Impressed with the affordable medication prices and vaccines, I decided to add toys for free shipping. However, the website's presentation misled me; it displayed 6 toys without specifying it's just one. After receiving my order, I reached out and was informed that it said "TOY" not "TOYS." The response felt a bit rude, considering the confusion for new customers. Hoping they'll consider improving clarity for a better customer experience.

I must say, this company
by Sean W

I must say, this company is truly exceptional! I received the vaccines for my dogs in a remarkably prompt fashion, and I can't express enough how grateful I am that this company exists. However, I do have a question in mind. When I visited Vet Code to obtain rabies shots for my dog, they declined to acknowledge the vaccines I had acquired from Valley Vet. I'm curious if this is due to competition in pricing or if there's some other reason behind it. I genuinely believe that this company is legitimate and trustworthy. Additionally, the fact that our products arrived with dry ice was a fantastic touch!

We brought our dog
by Donna H

We brought our dog to this veterinary clinic after it had some accidents, and we were shocked to be charged an exorbitant fee of £100 simply because our dog wasn't registered with them. In my opinion, true animal-loving veterinarians should prioritize the well-being of the animal over registration status. For roughly two hours of work, we were billed a total of over £1,000. To make matters worse, the vet we encountered was rather unpleasant and seemed to take advantage of the situation, especially since it was my daughter who brought the dog in. He even told her that the dog might need to have a leg amputated. We decided to seek a second opinion and brought our dog to another, more reputable vet, and I'm relieved to report that our dog is now in good health with all four legs intact. Please exercise caution if your dog is not registered with this particular clinic, as our experience with them left a negative impression and does a disservice to the veterinary profession as a whole.
