Dr. Marty's nature's blend is the best. Our dog really likes it. We tried another freeze dried food when we ran out, but he doesn't like it as much. He doesn't seem as excited for the substitute. So, we got more Nature's Blend to avoid running out again!

Ozzy loves Nature's Blend. She feels better and happier. But it's too expensive for me. Even with 50% off, I can't afford it. It's sad because Ozzy means everything to me. I hope other dogs benefit from Nature's Blend.

CAUTION...CONSIDER YOUR LOCATION FOR RETURNS, MIGHT SET YOU BACK 17.00 DOLLARS. Let's talk refunds, not about the goods. My cats regurgitated Dr. Marty cat food. No way my felines consumed it. My gripe is with your refund process. You mention sending back the product, but you skip the part about the hefty 17.00 dollars it'll cost me from Ohio to California. Inform your customers about the shipping expenses before they buy. I'm not a fan of purchases without a clear return path.

My dogs seem to enjoy the food. Although I haven't observed any notable changes so far, I'm optimistic about potential improvements during their allergy season in the summer. However, the pricing is a bit of a worry for me, prompting us to utilize the food more as a topper than a primary option.

While the quality of the food is acknowledged as good, the persistent customer service issues overshadow the positive aspects. Dealing with such headaches undermines the overall experience, making it challenging for customers to fully appreciate the otherwise commendable product. Improved customer service procedures would significantly enhance the satisfaction and trust of Dr. Marty's clientele.

I've been a Dr. Marty customer for three years, primarily using Recipe 1, which my dog thrived on. However, intermittently, I've received another recipe—porous, chalky, and prone to bubbling. Despite denials from customer service, the inconsistency is disappointing. While I still purchase Dr. Marty's salmon bites, which are excellent, the unreliable quality in the main recipes has led me to explore alternative options for my dog's nutrition. It's disheartening to witness a decline in the quality of a product that initially met my expectations and played a crucial role in my pet's well-being.
