I don't order often from Allivet 'cause I'm in Ecuador and need it 'muled' from Florida. I buy dog supps not here. Sub helps me not forget to reorder. When I have extra, I adjust ship time. Pleased with service, items avail, prices better than last company.

Allivet really has some of the best customer service available nowadays. Often we have to talk to a virtual bot or no one at all. When they couldn't fix a glitch from a coupon, and when the credit they gave me wouldn't go through either, they deducted it from my total before billing my credit card and then shipped my order overnight.

I've been using Allivet for my 2 dogs' flea and tick meds, and I ain't never had an issue. I signed up for AutoShip to save cash 'cause it's somethin' I gotta buy anyhow and that way I never gotta remember to reorder or end up missin' doses. The website's real easy to use and the shoppin' experience is smooth. Meds came quick.

I was kinda unsure about ordering from Allivet 'cause there weren't many online reviews. But my experience was pretty good! They got in touch with my vet fast to get the prescription and sent the stuff for delivery. The price was way cheaper than anywhere else, online or at a vet. With the first-time order discount and auto-ship, it was $100 less. Next auto-ship orders will be about $75 less every 5 weeks. I called customer service and chatted live, both times got a real person who answered my questions. So, I'm pretty satisfied and impressed.

Customer support felt like they just grabbed someone off the street to pick up calls. Had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for medication prices. I had to repeat the name of the medication over and over. Couldn't handle basic questions. I'm steering clear of this business!

I've ordered from this company before and never had any problems. But now, I'm not sure what's happening. They said my vet wouldn't approve the Simparica because they haven't seen my dogs in six years. I switched to this vet a year ago, and they've seen my dogs at least twice. Plus, my little one had surgery this year and last. I wouldn't suggest them.

I visited my vet on 2/19/24, and they requested that I place an order for an RX for Meloxicam for my toy poodle, assuring approval upon receipt. Having previously used Allivet, formerly Walmart Pet RX, without any issues, I thought it would be a smooth process. To my dismay, despite Allivet's seven attempts to contact my vet, there was no response. My vet faxed over the RX on 2/20/24, but when I called Allivet on 2/23, they claimed not to have received it. Despite providing evidence of the sent email, they initiated yet another request for approval. On 2/26, I spoke with an Allivet staff member who seemed to bear the brunt of my frustration. Despite my vet sending approval again, Allivet insisted they hadn't received it. I even emailed them a copy of the email for verification. Instead of resolving the issue, they sent another request for approval, contrary to the staff member's promise to call my vet. Fed up with the relentless requests to my vet, I decided to cancel the prescription. An Allivet agent promptly confirmed the cancellation via email while we were on the phone. However, right after hanging up, I received a new invoice for the prescription. It's a baffling situation that seems almost too absurd to be true!

Tested this company for our latest prescription due to its competitive pricing versus Chewy or 1-800-PETMEDS. My credit card was promptly charged, and I received automated emails indicating the request was sent to my vet. Despite multiple follow-ups, my vet claimed not to have received any requests. Contacting Allivet proved challenging due to English not being their primary language. Regrettably, the issue remains unresolved, making this my final interaction with them. Willing to pay extra for superior customer service elsewhere.

Attempting business with this company has been a frustrating ordeal since December. Despite claims of contacting my vet, they persistently assert my dog isn't a patient. Communication is lacking, with only one knowledgeable individual encountered. The recent attempt to use the quick reorder function on the 10th resulted in the same issue. Despite having refills, they insist my vet doesn't care for my pet. It appears they've dispatched two orders, yet the quick reorder, initiated nearly 14 days ago, remains undelivered. With a suffering 14-year-old dog enduring a collapsing trachea in harsh weather, this situation is disheartening.

Allivet is the worst of the worst. Incompetent, dishonest, irresponsible. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS DISHONEST COMPANY !!!!!!! This company is nothing short of a criminal outfit. During a critical period when my dog needed essential medication, Allivet not only failed to deliver but also played games for three weeks. My beloved pet tragically passed away due to their criminally dishonest practices. Both orders, totaling $210, were marred by pure dishonesty and theft. I'm actively pursuing a charge reversal with my bank, regretting ever considering Allivet.

Enrolled in June 15, 2023, with the promise of a fixed rate for a year. However, my second delivery on 8.3.23 saw a sudden $20 increase. Another hike occurred on 1.18, and upon questioning, I was informed the price lock lasted only 3 months, expiring in July. It appears their grasp on math and transparency is questionable.
