    I agreed to a 7-day access plan for $2.00 for a one-time project and was signed up without my knowing consent for a $49.00/month subscription plan. I have reached out to customer service demanding a refund. I plan to flag the transaction as fraudulent with my bank. It's unacceptable and violates any and all ethical standards to operate this way.
