    Football shirts took more than a month to arrive in the Netherlands from China. After returning the items I have still not received any money back. Contact with customer support has been polite but so far no results after 2 months.

    Придбала комплект постільної білизни та була неприємно здивована його якістю. Тканина сильно фарбує - навіть після прання перед першим використанням, як рекомендовано на сайті. У результаті біла спідня білизна після контакту з постіллю набула зеленуватого відтінку (див. фото). Вважаю це суттєвим недоліком, адже такі речі не повинні линяти за нормальних умов використання.

    I had a terrible experience. I ordered 4 items - 3 watches and 1 "Trio" travel case. I received the three watches, but not the case. I contacted the support (VERY difficult to connect with anyone). After multiple contacts, they offered a refund which I said I wanted. This was all in December 2025. It is now February 2026 and I don't have a refund or the case. When I contact the support now, they point to Modsera is different than ModseraCW. I received emails from both company names about my order along the way! When I contact support now, they just point their finger at the other. No refund, no travel case. Very sketchy. I would avoid doing business with anything referencing Modsera or ModseraCW
