    This company has zero Customer principles. It cancelled my collection because it alleges it could not contact me to arrange an earlier collection outside of the contractually agreed collection window !

    Ordered a large leopard print rug in grey a couple of months ago paid well over £100 for it and this morning had to take to tip.. was always out of shape I hoped would settle but never did tried all the usual to weight down, pull it into shape etc etc but looked cheap, nasty out of shape and poor quality I contacted rugs uk but they simply ignored my request for a response, please don't waste your money the quality is terribly inferior and within months belong at the recycling centre I'll never give them another penny added to which this company is NOT UK BASED but based in Switzerland so you have to pay shipping Costs back to Switzerland when the inferior rug actually arrives why I had to keep mine.

    Ik had laatst een probleempje met m'n GFT-container die maar niet werd schoongemaakt, ondanks dat ik zeker wist dat-ie aan alle eisen voldeed. Best wel frustrerend! Dus besloot ik contact op te nemen met de klantenservice. Nou, die waren echt snel met reageren. Ze vroegen me een foto van de container te sturen. Na dat gedaan te hebben, regelden ze direct een nieuwe wasbeurt. En die werd ook nog eens snel uitgevoerd! Ik moet zeggen, ik ben echt tevreden met hoe ze mijn klacht hebben afgehandeld. Ze namen me serieus en losten het snel op. Echt topservice!
