    Cozy Earth was one of my worst online shopping experiences in a long time. I bought four pajama sets for Christmas (XS, S, M, L) and every single one was absurdly small. Not “runs a little small” — wildly mis-sized across four different people. We all traded up a size, so I only needed ONE simple exchange (XS for XL). Customer service flat-out refused because it was “past 30 days.” Meanwhile, Cozy Earth promotes a 100-day return policy — but the second I tried to exchange pajamas, they suddenly claimed that only applies to sheets. That’s not “premium service,” that’s a bait-and-switch feel on returns and a company that hides behind fine print instead of taking care of customers. Between the unreliable sizing and the stonewalling customer service, I wouldn’t recommend Cozy Earth to anyone — especially not for gifts. If you buy their pajamas, assume you’re stuck with them.

    I called 4 days in advance to get service on my washer. I scheduled and was cancelled. Then did another scheduled time and this was cancelled in 3xs. Something can't find a serviceman. Really. The bad thing is you told me at the top of the hour you will not be there. Poor servicing. Now, I need to go out and get a new one on the holidays. Thank you for not servicing my issue. ****. ****.

    I ordered from this website on december.The eighth I got a tracking number on the thirteenth of december. No product has ever been delivered.The tracking has not moved and when I try to contact my phone email or any other way of contacting us, the phone numbers do not work.And the email is not found in the email system.These people are a scam cheat in my seventy two year old mama out of her money right here.At christmas.. what a jokeNobody will return phone calls or emails
