    I thought I was ordering a comforter but it wasn't never ever again don't ever order from thos company i had to but a plain comforter because they sent me a sheet and I had to sew the sheet they sent me and the other plain comforter together sad never ever again

    The rug looked really nice and matched what we wanted, but it turned out too small for our room – our own fault. I didn’t know the company was based in the USA since the site ends with ‘co.uk’. It was a long process to get proper help for returns, mostly stuck with a chat box, but after some days we managed. Sending it back to Switzerland cost a lot. Now we have a rug we don’t really need – pretty to look at, but still a shame!

    I cancelled my Furnished Finders account by phone on Dec 27, 2024, and moved out of my property on Dec 31, 2024 and no longer own this property. I hadn’t used their service since Nov 2024 and had 9 months of unused subscription. On Oct 7, 2025, I was charged $179 for an unauthorized renewal and my listing was reposted. I never received any reminder email and contacted them immediately. Over several calls and chats from Oct 7–9, I asked to speak with a manager or corporate office but was denied every time. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I followed proper cancellation procedures, yet they still charged me almost a year later. Do not trust their billing or customer service. Run from this company! Scam!
