    Nou, het was echt een teleurstelling. Mijn afvalbak werd gewoon niet schoongemaakt, twee keer zelfs. Eerst beweerden ze dat de gemeente de bak niet had geleegd, terwijl ik zelf zag dat alle bakken wel degelijk werden geleegd. Ik stuurde zelfs een foto van mijn lege bak, maar ze bleven volhouden dat het niet was gebeurd. De tweede keer was het nog vreemder; ze zeiden dat er ontlasting in mijn bak lag, waardoor ze niet konden schoonmaken. Maar er lag helemaal niets in! Het is gewoon frustrerend en jammer dat het zo ging. Verwacht toch wel een beetje betere service.

    You know, when we first connected with Arrow, it felt like a breeze. The sales rep was really attentive, listened to what we needed, and offered some solid advice. When it came to delivery, the custom rail arrived sooner than we thought, and the installation was a piece of cake—quick and tidy. The system fits snugly even on our narrow 36-inch stairway, and it works like a charm. We’re not using it every day just yet, but it’s fantastic when our older friends drop by. They find it super helpful, and it’s a lifesaver for lugging heavy groceries and wine cases. Definitely a worthwhile addition to our home!

    So, we walked into the store with a list of questions, right? The salesperson there was just amazing, knew everything inside out. You could tell he was passionate about what he does, and he made sure we understood every little detail. Then came the installation day. The installer was just as impressive. He was like a magician with tools, setting everything up perfectly. But the best part? He didn’t just install the lift and leave. He actually took the time to walk us through the whole thing, making sure we knew how to use it properly. It felt like we were in good hands from start to finish. Such a great experience!
