My account was hacked in July 2024. The hackers locked me out and changed my details. Facebook then disabled my account. I'm an IT professional so I tried everything possible. I even engaged an Australian cyber company who charged me a bomb for multiple sessions and then ghosted me after the first call. Despite all attempts, I could not recover my account. I never even came close. So then I reached out to Hacked, which is what I probably should have done at the very start of this nightmare. Christian will forever be my hero! I was hacked almost a year ago and hired this company to help me. I spent over 100$ for a 50 minute phone call all of which 5 minutes was used. Was verbally told by the employee of hacked that y account was shut down and if I had any issues to get ahold of them and they would make good on making sure my account was indeed deleted. Fast forward to today my account was not deleted and now this company wants more money to do what they already promised. They are not trustworthy and do not care about the people's lives this effects. Save your money.
