    Nou, het was echt een gedoe. Al weken ben ik bezig met bellen, als een soort pingpongbal tussen verschillende afdelingen. Elke keer als ik denk dat we verder komen, word ik weer doorgestuurd. En toen vroegen ze me ook nog om het dak op te klimmen voor foto's! Alsof ik niets beters te doen heb. Vroeger was de service hier top, maar nu voel ik me echt in de steek gelaten. Het lijkt wel alsof niemand meer precies weet waar ze mee bezig zijn. Echt jammer dat het zo slecht geworden is. Hopelijk pakken ze dit snel aan, want dit is geen manier om klanten te behandelen.
