I got locked out of my account after losing my 2FA. I couldn't find the backup anywhere and had no way to log in. I contacted support, and they opened a ticket and even called me directly to verify it was my account. They requested my ID, email, phone number and full name. After confirming everything, they reset the 2FA and I couldn't finally see my dashboard again. It was a bit stressful, but they were helpful through the whole process.
