I placed an order for an S19k pro on 12/14/2024. This was intended to be a test order prior to doing more business with them, because their pricing is very competitive (if they actually were to deliver anything). Something went wrong with the crypto transfer and their provider did not recognize the completed transfer. I have been trying to receive credit for my order ever since, and they have stopped responding to my emails. I have provided the UTXO transaction information showing that their wallet received the funds. No one has disputed this fact, yet they will not credit my order. Now I need to figure out my options. I would give 0 starts but looks like 1 star is the lowest possible.
