I've been using this app for almost 3 years and encountered some hiccups here and there. When Solana traffic was high, I got kicked out too, which was frustratin to say the least.

Absolutely terrible custome

Absolutely terrible customer service and they freeze your funds citing security and fraud concerns. If you're looking to quickly move your cryptocurrency, steer clear of Coinbase. The wait times to reach an online agent or get through on the phone are ridiculously long, over 4 hours, and even then, they're not very helpful. Whatever is shown on Coinbase is what they stick to, and their so-called expedited process is just for show. It never actually speeds things up, and their customer service is useless. It's taking over 2 weeks to transfer funds, and the ordeal continues. I was directed to contact the financial fraud department Swiftlex, and only then did I get my money back. Don't waste your time with Coinbase, reach out to Swiftlex if you want to see your funds again.

I have been a customer for years, but recently, I've been bombarded with emails requesting a confirmation process and asking me to upload my ID. Despite complying several times, they keep requesting it. It's frustrating and makes no sense. As a result, I withdrew my funds and closed the account.

I initiated a money transfer, which my bank confirmed as successful. However, the funds weren't visible on their end. I provided all necessary transfer documents, but support abruptly went offline. Their explanation about a "hash problem" left me puzzled, as I'm not well-versed in programming jargon. Additionally, there's no notification sound on their chat, making it impractical to keep an eye on it continuously. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope they can resolve this issue promptly.
