Using this company is a major mistake. They lead you on, gather your personal details, conduct a final loan call, and then deny the loan. Attempts to seek clarification or contact them go unanswered. It's a deceptive and unresponsive process. Save yourself time and avoid sharing personal information with them. Their practices are nothing short of a joke, and the entire experience leaves much to be desired.

Representative John Mendez offered questionable excuses, casting a shadow of doubt on the entire loan process. I cannot endorse this company based on my disappointing experience.
