I've been using BiBerk for my business insurance for almost 5 years without any issues, always paid my premiums on time and never made a claim. Recently though, I started getting hit with audits for my old workers' comp policies. One audit even said I overpaid and was due an $8,000 refund, but I never got it. Now, I'm being invoiced for hundreds on a policy I canceled over 6 months ago. Customer service is a nightmare; I can hear kids crying in the background, and they seem clueless. I'm getting harassed with calls and mail about old policies, and there's no resolution in sight. It's the worst experience I've had with any business.
