I’ve been using Topper for a long time. Sometimes, I get a message in the app saying my transaction is declined and I need to call my bank. Why does this occur when I have enough funds? I’ve reached out to my bank 10 times this year, and they say they can’t do anything about Visa’s decisions. Can someone help me understand this better?

Hello.. I appreciate the chance to talk about my time with Topper. It's been nice overall, quite easy for most parts, but there was one issue. I couldn't remove some old credit cards from the system after hitting the limit for buying crypto. Now, it won't let me add new cards I’d rather use. Besides that, all is well!

Worst support ever

Worst support ever. They asked for ID and other personal info and at end block account. When I asked what a reason the answer was 'we will block future attempts of creating account' I need it fast buy SOL when I was on trip. Until now I don't know why they block account before first transaction.

I tried entering my visa card several times, and it kept saying declined. Later, I noticed it went through. I hope I wasn’t charged for multiple purchases.
