    I had a terrible experience with this company. Bought some pads for my kid, but they didn't fit when we tried them on at home. Sent them back, hoping for a refund or exchange. Instead, they just kept my money and the pads. Reached out to them multiple times, but got nowhere. It feels like they literally stole from me. Customer service was awful, especially Kat Murphy – she was no help at all. I’m left without the pads or my money. Seriously, avoid this place and look elsewhere for equipment. Total scam.

    I was happy with the fast delivery, especially since it was sent to the US. The pack I ordered (for my son) isn't available locally, but it had all the features I needed, similar to my old Deuter Speed Lite 26L (which I used for winter hikes).
