I decided to try out the Dainese Mangen absoluteshell pro pants. When they arrived, I noticed the thermal lining was missing, which was supposed to be included. On top of that, I got hit with unexpected duties costing me $185, a whopping 52% of the purchase price, with no heads-up about these fees on their site. I reached out to the seller multiple times, but all I got was an auto-reply saying they were busy. It’s been a while, and still no response. Frustrated, I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. It’s disappointing to deal with such poor customer service, especially for a premium product.
