Now it's the first or second week in November. The workers just don't care anymore. The woman who answers the phone is full of excuses and attitude. Once they have your money... they couldn't care less if you ever get your bike ! WILL NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN! A HARD PASS !!! = (
Six weeks and still no bike, 2 missed ETAs. Multiple calls requesting an update, no returned call. They gladly take your money, Eventually bike up your bike, clearly delivery is something else. Be afraid.
