Selling my bike on consignment with this company turned into a real headache. I mistakenly assumed they'd send me a shipping box, but nope, that was on me. Tried three local bike shops, but they couldn't spare any boxes. Ended up buying one from FedEx, but it was too snug. Packed it as best as I could, but the cassette damaged the frame during shipping. The representative I dealt with was abrupt and unsympathetic. They slashed $600 off their offer due to the damage, and the consignment deal was off the table. My only option? Accept a much lower cash price or pay to get it back. Ended up with $1100 instead of the promised $2600. Felt like a bait-and-switch. Never doing business with them again.
