I’ve been dealing with a bit of a nightmare with this company. Six months ago, I ordered a product, and since then, it's been nothing but a hassle. The company apparently changed management, and now they’re saying they can’t deliver my order or even refund me because of some bankruptcy issue. They sent me this message saying they can't fulfill any pending orders or provide refunds due to their financial troubles. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but it seems like I’m talking to a wall. I’m really disappointed and feel like I’m stuck with no options. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company.
