This year my Wife and I got some
by Chopper

This year my Wife and I got some stuff from Motorcyclegear.com. They are good at what they do. Their reviews helped us pick the right sizes. We're both tall, so that was important. Been riding for 44 years, and this company is one of the best for gear online.

Absolutely terrible experience
by Mari

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Customer service is downright awful. "Aaron" is a disgrace to this company if this is the kind of service they endorse. We placed an order for helmets and paid for them yesterday, only to be told today that they were sold to someone else. When we tried to sort out the issue, Aaron not only yelled at us but also abruptly ended the call. It's been a hassle trying to get our money back ever since.

Ordered a HJC helmet and the
by Derby

Ordered a HJC helmet and the experience was quite disappointing. The delivery process was slow, and communication was lacking. It took days to get a response to my emails, and after waiting for four weeks, I had to actively check if the product had been delivered. To my surprise, it was left on my doorstep without a signature. Overall, the service was shocking, and I wouldn't consider purchasing from them again.

No doubt, this motorcycle gear shop
by Alex

No doubt, this motorcycle gear shop is awesome! They've got a big variety, it's a family business, ships fast, fair returns, and great deals. I've been buying from them since 2009, and they're still my go-to online gear store. And hey, they even hand out gift certificates for sharing reviews – pretty cool, right?

The website advertised free shipping
by Anonymous

The website advertised free shipping within the continental US, and even though Alaska is part of the North American continent, I was charged $18.00 for shipping. Despite receiving a small discount for being a first-time customer, my experience took a turn for the worse. When inquiring about the sizing and potential exchanges, I was assured that return shipping costs would be at their discounted rate to minimize expenses. Unfortunately, this turned out to be untrue. Upon realizing the jacket sizes were considerably smaller than expected, I contacted customer service for guidance on the exchange process. To my dismay, they reneged on their previous promise and insisted that the return shipping cost was my responsibility. Despite explaining that their own representative had given me a different assurance, the call ended abruptly with them hanging up on me. Undeterred, I called again and managed to obtain a return number, avoiding any further discussions. However, the actual return shipping cost amounted to $52.00, more than double the expected $22.00. Given that many other companies offer free shipping to Alaska, I decided against reordering from them. A company that fails to uphold its promises and leaves customers with unexpected costs is not one I would recommend or consider doing business with again.

I encountered a small hiccup while ordering a Rider's jacket
by WhyNotktm

I encountered a small hiccup while ordering a Rider's jacket as the payment was deducted, but the order didn't process. I reached out to the helpdesk via email, and they promptly resolved the issue, placing the order aside. The efficiency in handling the situation was commendable, and I received my jacket within the specified timeframe. Overall, their customer service ensured a smooth experience despite the initial glitch.
