In the end, the company managed to pick up and deliver the vehicle on time using a decent truck. However, I didn't give them a perfect score because they seemed too focused on trying to upsell me during the process.

The company was not good

The company was not good at communicating with me about the status of my shipment [2022 GMC Terrain SLT] from TX to FL. I had to make multiple calls to get an update, which was quite inconvenient. It would have been much easier if they used the Uship app for updates. Fortunately, the carrier was very friendly and called when the car was about to be delivered, ensuring someone was available. I might consider using the carrier again, but I wouldn't recommend SGT.

I had an absolutely awful experience

I had an absolutely awful experience. Many of our belongings arrived damaged, and to make matters worse, the car was delivered two days later than originally promised. What was even more frustrating is that no one bothered to call us to provide updates or let us know about the delay. We received no apologies or compensation for the inconvenience. The customer service was truly awful.
