Disappointing customer service experience with SoloMotoParts. I bought 3 SuperSprox rear sprockets for my DRZ 400SM, but either they were shipped incorrectly or manufactured poorly. Despite the issues being on their end, the 30-day return policy was strictly enforced, and I was denied a refund because I opened the packages just over 60 days after purchase. This rigid adherence to policy, even when the business is at fault, is frustrating. Now, I'm stuck with parts that don't fit, and I can't even sell them on eBay without knowing their compatibility. Not a pleasant experience overall.

Regrettably, my experience with this company has been far from satisfactory. My order was woefully incomplete, compounded by an utter lack of response to my emails. The dubious suspicion of exploiting the 30-day policy lingers, especially being in Australia. To add financial injury to insult, I paid taxes and import duties for parts totaling over $500 USD that were never dispatched. A cautionary tale for anyone considering transactions with them.
