I lost my Shoei RF1200

I lost my Shoei RF1200, so I needed a new helmet quick for riding season. ChromeBurner had best price for Schuberth C5. I chose priority FedEx shipping. Got notifications fast and got it in 2 days from Netherlands to Canada. Amazing service! Waiting for Schuberth SC2 to restock for communication system.

Extremely Poor Experience Purchasing from Chromeburner

Purchased a set of expensive Hepco and Becker sidecases from Chromerburner. They only delivered one of the two cases. Have been waiting months for the other. Now, after weeks of going back and forth with their customer services, it appears that they do not even have a right side case to send me and won't refund my payment. Unless its a cheap accessory that you are prepared to pay for and never actually receive, based on my unfortunate experience, I would suggest shopping elsewhere. If there was a zero star option for Chromeburner, I would have chosen that.

Quite upset.

Quite upset. Purchased a pricey pair of Hepco and Becker side cases almost 2 months back. Only got one case delivered, and the other never showed up. Can't get a refund because they believe the missing case might still arrive, which seems odd. So, stuck with just one case and down $400. Not keen on dealing with Chromeburner again after this experience.

I got a Nolan 120-1 helmet and

I got a Nolan 120-1 helmet and N-Com B902R bluetooth kit from ChromeBurner, along with expedited delivery for $65. The stuff arrived on 2/28. The helmet seemed like it had been opened before, but it wasn't damaged. However, the N-Com B902R was missing a keypad adapter needed to mount it on the helmet. I contacted ChromeBurner right away, sent them pictures and info, even got in touch with Nolan Group in Italy to figure out the missing part. But ChromeBurner didn't do much, just silence. Another time, I got a riding jacket and pants from them. The jacket was new, but the pants looked used, all crumpled up and no tags. Their staff is nice, but they don't seem to know their products well. And when it comes to customer service, it's like they're not even there. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I ended up going to an Italian motorcycle accessory seller on eBay for help. They knew what was missing and sent me the part right away. I had to pay for it myself, though, which cost me $58. I won't be buying from ChromeBurner again.

Knox's sizing recommendation for the Urbane MK3 was accurate; despite usually wearing a large, the medium fits perfectly. It's fantastic on hot days, and I'm adjusting to layering.
