My agent, Connor, is awesome. He helped me get set up with Cigna. During enrollment, Medicaid said I wasn’t eligible, but later on, they said I was. I reached out to Connor, and he handled everything, got my new info, and was able to set me up with a dual plan, which turned out better than the first one. Everyone I've spoken to at clearmatch has been really helpful. What you do best as a company is hire great people. Anyone can learn a job, but good customer service needs someone special.
